Cancellation policy

When it comes to cancellations, we typically need to hold onto the deposit.

As a cozy little place with just four units, we often find ourselves booked well in advance. This means that when a cancellation happens, we might have turned away other eager guests.

The deposit helps protect us both: it shows our commitment to reserving your unit while you show your commitment by paying 50% of the booking.

If you do need to cancel and can let us know with enough notice, there’s a good chance we can find another guest to take your spot. That said, please keep in mind that handling cancellations takes some extra work on our end, so we’ll need to deduct 10% of the deposit to cover some of those costs, including bank fees for processing.

We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to help if you have any questions!
