The Story
In 2015, we lost our hearts to Croatia, completely taken away by the beauty of the archipelago, the island atmosphere and the Croatian charm.
We made a life changing decision. This should be the destination for our future life.
Based in Copenhagen, we have worked more than a decade in digital advertising agencies. This decision meant we would leave our day jobs and start a new life.
For Maria, it’s also about revitalising her background as a chef. Trained by one of the founders of the New Nordic kitchen, Maria is devoted to seasonal and honest cooking.
Rather than a hotel, our vision was to find an island on which to settle down and build a home. Somewhere we could then invite likeminded travellers to come and stay with us. A breathing space for our guests to experience the local and authentic charm of the island life that we fell so deeply in love with.
And now the vision is a reality. In 2019 we opened the doors for our first guests.
